Links...Links...LINKS!!! Where would
we be without links?! I've added many
that I'm currently using for research. I use them so much
I thought I'd better add them here to make it easier on myself
and hopefully you too!

I've added
more about my Great-Grandmother Ellen Corridan's family
and some very interesting links to maps and information about
the "Great Famine" of Ireland. You'll find it here.
Enjoy!

Mystery Solved! On the "In
Search of Orange Taber and Cynthia Haskins" research
journal, I have answers to the questions of why our family
has a box of 150 year old letters! Be sure to check this out!

I have been working on my Grandmother Gladys Brooker's side
of the family. My focus right now is on the Corridans, which
were her mother, Ellen Corridan's family. I have put together
a research page called "In
Search of the Corridans". I've also added a couple
photos.

I changed some things on the Pilgrims
section, plus added some more pages! I decided to have a simple
Ancestor Chart in PDF format for both Bruce and I. The pages
were getting way too long when trying to list descendants
for some of those who lived so long ago. This was the best
solution. Now you won't be able to see ALL the descendants,
just the ancestors leading down to Bruce and I. If you would
like me to send you a pedigree chart for you, please let me
know. It's very easy to do and I'd be happy to do it. Of course,
you'll have to be added to my tree. I've got most of my cousins,
aunts and uncles, so chances are you are there. I can add
you quickly if I need to anyway.
I
also added ship passenger lists for the Mayflower,
Anne
or Little James, and the Weymouth
Ship, (the name of the actual ship is unknown), so you
can see who else rode along with our ancestors on these ships
and sometimes other interesting tidbits.

I have added a new research journal called "In
Search of Orange Taber and Cynthia Haskins: To Name A Few".
It can be found under "Research Journals" on the
right hand side of this page, in the navigation bar. This
is a VERY interesting research project based on a box of old
letters, some over 150 years old and my quest to find out
who, how and why we have these letters. The story is slowly
coming together. I have added two old letters that include
links to photos of them. Please visit the Family Letter section
for those or click
here.

I've been busy the last few days! I added a Christmas
1976 letter from Yvonne Kingman, my hubby's Mommy. (Thanks
Yvonne). In addition, I moved the old updates from this page
to a new section called Past Updates.
I was afraid this page was getting a little bit long, but
wanted to keep those updates somewhere! Have fun!

I've added a PDF File page of family
reports, descendant charts, etc., that you can download. Some
folks have had trouble opening pages that I sent to them through
email, so it just made sense to create this section, plus
others may like to views these files too! Enjoy!

I finally got around to making some corrections. (Thanks Yvonne
for editing my content for me)! If you see anything or read
anything that doesn't make any sense, please let me know.
I added a "Pilgrims"
section. Basically, as I uncover immigration dates for people,
I am listing them on this page, giving the arrival year, their
relationship to either Bruce or I, the ship (If I know it),
what country they immigrated from and a PDF file you can download
showing all their descendants. You might be on it, so please
check it out! I DID NOT include any private information AND
I have password protected this section. You can use the same
password as for the Family Letters. If you don't have one
yet, please write me and I'll get you all set up. Enjoy!

I've added a lot today. I created a "Research Journal"
section you'll find in my navigation bar to the right and
added a journal called, "In
Search of Gertrude Mary...", which I will add to
as I discover more about this mysterious woman. It includes
pictures of Mountain View Mausoleum where both her and her
husband were placed. I also added images of Grace
Cemetery in Castile, Wyoming County, NY thanks to family
contributor Barb Blossom. Here you'll find Josiah Russell
Slade, Martha Angeline Scott and others. I added a links
page, since I use these a bunch I thought I would share.
